a short cycle. With cleaning in a dishwasher

the grease ﬁ lter may become dull; this does

not effect its ﬁ ltering capacity.

Grease ﬁ lter maintenance:

1. Disconnect the hood from the electric

power supply.

2. Remove the grease ﬁ lters: pull the spring

release handle downwards, then remove

the ﬁ lter.

3. After cleaning the grease ﬁ lter, remount

in reverse order ensuring the entire

extraction surface is covered.

Charcoal ﬁ lter maintenance

(if the hood is installed in recirculation

mode)

1. Unplug the appliance or disconnect the

power supply.

2. Remove the grease ﬁ lter

3. Hook the carbon ﬁ lter ﬁ rstly to the metal

tab at the back on the hood.

4. Fix it at the front with the two knobs.

5. Reﬁ t the grease ﬁ lter.

Unlike traditional charcoal ﬁ lters, this

charcoal ﬁ lter can be washed and

reactivated. With normal hood use, the ﬁ lter

should be cleaned once a month. The best

way to clean the ﬁ lter is in a dishwasher

at the highest temperature possible, using

a normal dishwasher detergent. To avoid

particles of food or dirt settling on the

ﬁ lter during washing and giving rise to

unpleasant smells, it is advisable to wash

the ﬁ lter on its own. After washing, dry the

ﬁ lter in the oven at 100°C for 10 minutes to

reactivate it. The ﬁ lter will retain its odour-

absorbing capacity for three years, after

which it will have to be replaced.

Lamp maintenance

1. Disconnect the hood from the electric

power supply.

2. Replace the damaged lamp.

3. Only use 20W max - GU4 - 12V -

Ø 35mm - 30° - Dichroic halogen lamps,

making sure not to touch them.

Important: make sure you don’t touch the

lamp with your hands.
